We offer coaching and personal development programs designed to help professionals break through career plateaus, manage stress, and gain clarity on their financial goals. Our services include but are not limited to:
• Thinking Into Results – A transformative system designed to enhance awareness of your potential and the necessary steps to achieve it.
• New Lead The Field – A program that delivers deep insights into universal success principles in a practical and personal way.
• Personal 1:1 Coaching – Customized one-on-one coaching sessions designed to help individuals apply these principles for accelerated success.
The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between Two Friends Coaching & Consulting and the client.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You also warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or at the time of purchasing a program.
Failure to make payments within the specified timeframe may result in additional charges, service suspension, or termination.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials created by Two Friends Coaching & Consulting, including but not limited to training materials, content, graphics, and strategy documents, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for the purpose specified in our agreement. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our content without express written permission.
Additionally, you warrant that any content you provide to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship.
Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:
• Business strategies
• Customer data
• Coaching methodologies
• Any proprietary information not publicly known
This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the termination of services.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Two Friends Coaching & Consulting will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Two Friends Coaching & Consulting harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from:
• Your use of our services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Any unauthorized use or redistribution of our materials
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or services, which are not under our control.
We are not responsible for the practices, privacy policies, or content of any linked third-party websites and do not endorse them.
10. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
If significant changes are made, we will notify clients via email or through an announcement on our website. Continued use of our services after updates signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
11. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time.
Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alaska, United States, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alaska.
